  • For small offices

I can diagnose on site and hand a written report to your provider, or give you a second opinion.

    How that works

Why people call me

  • Senior engineer, not a dispatch tech

The person you talk to is the person who does the work.

  • No contracts or per-user fees

Pay for the visit. That’s it.

  • Evenings and weekends at standard rates

    No after-hours surcharge.

  • Written handoff notes every visit

You keep a record of what was done and why.

How it works

  1. Tell me what’s going on

Call, email or book online. A short description is plenty.

  2. I come out and find the real fix

Weekends or weekday evenings. I find the cause, not just the symptom, and set it up so it stays fixed.

  3. You get written notes

What I found, what I changed, and what to watch for, so you won’t need to call anyone for a while.

Common questions

How much does a Wi-Fi fix cost?

A Wi-Fi fix or mesh setup is a flat $150. That covers dead zones, dropouts, router or mesh setup and a coverage check.

How much do you charge per hour?

$115 per hour for homes and $150 per hour for small businesses. There's a 1-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments.

Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?

No. Weekends and weekday evenings after 6 PM are billed at the standard rate. Only rush work (same-day, holidays, or after 9 PM) is 1.5× the standard rate.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts and no per-user fees. You pay for the visit. Businesses can buy prepaid hour blocks at a lower rate if they want to.

What don’t you do?

Not offered: on-call or emergency (24/7) support; ongoing monitoring; servers, domain controllers or phone systems; compliance programs (HIPAA, legal, financial); data recovery from failed drives. My business already has an IT provider. Can you still help?

Yes. I can diagnose a problem on site and write it up for your provider ($150/hr), or give you a look-only second opinion with a written report.
