Remote IT providers can't always see what's happening in the room. I can come out, find the problem, and write it up so your provider can fix it. Or I can give you an independent second opinion.

How I work with your provider
- I only change systems your provider manages with your written authorization.
- I use accounts your business owns, never shared or borrowed logins.
- Everything I find goes into a written report you can forward to your provider.
