Tech help for your home, priced up front
The common jobs have flat prices. Anything else is billed by the hour. Either way, you get written notes on what I did.
Hourly rate
$115 per hour
- 1-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments
- Evening and weekend work is billed at the standard rate. No after-hours surcharge.
- Rush work (same-day, holidays, or after 9 PM) is 1.5× the standard rate.
- $25 trip fee beyond 25 miles

Not included
- On-call or emergency (24/7) support
- Ongoing monitoring
- Servers, domain controllers or phone systems
- Compliance programs (HIPAA, legal, financial)
- Data recovery from failed drives
If your business needs same-day response, a daily helpdesk, or compliance documentation, a full managed service provider (MSP) is a better fit, and I'll tell you so.
