Is this a good fit?
A good fit
- Offices of 1–15 people without a full-time IT person
- Owners who want problems fixed properly once, with notes they can keep
- Businesses that can schedule work for evenings or weekends
- Teams that already have an IT provider but need someone on site
Not a good fit
- Businesses that need same-day response or a daily helpdesk
- Offices that need compliance documentation (HIPAA, legal, financial)
- Anyone running their own servers, domain controllers or phone systems
Not included
- On-call or emergency (24/7) support
- Ongoing monitoring
- Servers, domain controllers or phone systems
- Compliance programs (HIPAA, legal, financial)
- Data recovery from failed drives
If your business needs same-day response, a daily helpdesk, or compliance documentation, a full managed service provider (MSP) is a better fit, and I'll tell you so.
